Built Through Competition
Bailey competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling and wrestling.
She trains at Art of Jiu Jitsu in Costa Mesa, California, and has competed across the United States and internationally.
Competition is an important part of Bailey’s development—not simply because of the opportunity to win, but because of what difficult competition demands.
She has repeatedly chosen challenging divisions, competed against larger opponents and sought opportunities that force her to adapt, learn and improve.

The goal isn’t to find the easiest way to win. It’s to become better by choosing challenges that demand more.
Choose the Harder Path is the philosophy guiding Bailey’s approach to competition, training and growth.
It means choosing meaningful difficulty instead of protecting a record. Taking the match that presents a challenge. Entering the competition that creates an opportunity to grow. Continuing to learn regardless of the result.
Championships matter.
But they are evidence of the work—not the reason for it.

Four Pan Kids championships across four consecutive years.
2024 ADCC Youth World Champion
Won the ADCC Youth World Championship in 2024.
2025 Asian Youth Champion
Won the Asian Youth Championship in 2025.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling form a major part of her competitive career, while wrestling provides another environment in which to develop technique, pressure, movement and competitive experience.
